I'm slowly getting to grips with the functions of the new Website Builder, but I've been stumped by some things. The main problem is I can't work out how to change how a visited link displays.
I must say, although I generally like the new system, I can't seem to find any specific instructions for each element or function like in the old Sitebuilder. (What would be really good is a comprehensive set of video tuitions!)

Take Heart Karen a lot of us "old hands" have been stumped on many occasions with the new builder but have managed to get along the learning curve bit by bit. Try this link for some guidance

Not included any links in my new build so far but remember having to resort to HTML in sitebuilder+ but will have a look later to see what I can find out. In the meantime maybe one of my peers can answer this particular question about links. Good Luck.

Karen choose Design from the left side menu then select Colors in that same menu and then the Edit Colors option. It seems that the last color in the Palette will be the link color.

Thanks, Susan. I thought I'd cracked it with that suggestion, but it doesn't seem to work. The last one in the palette is set to the colour I require but the link colour is set to a colour that doesn't even feature in my colour palette! :/

Hmmmm. Can you experiment a bit with the color palette and see if you can determine where that color is coming from? Also check under the Design - Text Style and see if one of those is set to the wayward link color.

I noticed that there are helpful tutorials on Youtube for many other Website Builders Weebly.com, Web.com. Just to mention a couple. I wish Homestead would put together a tutorial for the new Website Builder. What do you say?

I say it should have been the final step before they released the builder. It certainly isn't an easy task, but in regards to Customer Satisfaction it would have been worthwhile IMHO.

Susan, It's not too late and it would certainly help.

I agree - I've built two client sites with it and am in the middle of building number three and four and still find myself hitting the brick wall on occasion.
