HOW DO I CANCEL ALL SQUARE SERVICES ATTACHED TO MY BIGCOMMERCE ACCOUNT AND RETRIEVE UNWANTED CHARGES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT? SQUARE has no telephone number and no email address and doesn't supply a clear pathway for help. I have been charged $60 per month for the last 3 months and I'm not using the service. I canceled the account from my Bigcommerce payment page but SQUARE is still charging me for services. I'd like a refund and I'd like to cancel all services.

I found an article on how to deactivate the account. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3819-deactivate-your-account

I would think that you could find a help or contact option when logged into the Square account. Unfortunately, I can't provide a refund for services charged by another company. I was also not aware that Square had monthly charges. They have always claimed no monthly fees.

I am unable to logon to Square. I can't access the dashboard. I've tried setting up a new account and I'm unable to logon using my email address. Something is screw up. It won't produce a dashboard. The message I'm getting is "YOU HAVE NOTHING TO MANAGE" with no options, no menu.

I found this number for customer service in a Google search, 1 (855) 700-6000. Does that get you to them?

I've tried that number and it's a really disappointing experience. It's a message only and no options. Call it and you'll see what I mean. Many Homestead customers experience the same frustration. There's no clear path to heip. It's like they're hiding it. Bigcommerce has no reference to Square/s phone or email or website address. From Square's website or facebook page, no Phone, no email "contact us? I finally found there facebook page and was able to message them. They sent a message with a case number and informed me that an email providing a solution would be forthcoming. This is their message: "We're sorry to hear about the trouble Russell. We will have our CS Team cancel any active subscriptions and issue a refund for any months you were charged for after you deactivated your account. They will reach out to you via email so keep an eye on your inbox! For reference your case number is 25624364"

Thanks for reaching out. I was able to cancel your Retail subscription, and refund all of the fees that were charged. Refunds can take 2-7 business days to complete. If you don't see it in that time, please reply back to me and I can investigate further.

That does sound like a pain. To be honest, I wasn't aware that Square was even partnering with Bigcommerce. I hadn't noticed it. Let me know if you actually hear from them. They also have a Twitter account that you could talk to if they don't respond in a timely manner.

I'm expecting $180 in refunds for the three months. When that refund is posted, things will be resolved.

I think you won't have a problem. Especially since you have a message saying they have refunded it. Unfortunately, banks like to delay the refund for some time.
