HOW DO I CANCEL ALL SQUARE SERVICES ATTACHED TO MY BIGCOMMERCE ACCOUNT AND RETRIEVE UNWANTED CHARGES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT? SQUARE has no telephone number and no email address and doesn't supply a clear pathway for help. I have been charged $60 per month for the last 3 months and I'm not using the service. I canceled the account from my Bigcommerce payment page but SQUARE is still charging me for services. I'd like a refund and I'd like to cancel all services.
I would think that you could find a help or contact option when logged into the Square account. Unfortunately, I can't provide a refund for services charged by another company. I was also not aware that Square had monthly charges. They have always claimed no monthly fees.
