I have multiple domains, sites and mails within my account and would like to separate them into new Homestead accounts.  Is it possible to do that without losing any email associated with the domains?

As each website and associated email is treated as separate, hosted all in one account, I would assume that to have an account for each would be  easy enough. However, accounts are costed according to how many pages and space is required. It "sound" like you have an unlimited account to have multiple websites all under one account. Making them single accounts would probably incur multiple account charges. The tech guys will be in here Monday morning and can advise I am sure. Good Luck.

My goal is to separate several of the web sites I maintain into their own accounts however a couple of them have associated email accounts and I don't want my clients to lose service.  They would be paying for their own accounts at that time rather than me.

Homestead support used to be very easy to reach by phone or trouble ticket.  I have had no luck lately by phone and trouble tickets no longer seem to be an option.  If you have a good phone number would you mind sharing, please?

I see what you mean, I used to build websites for customers and then, if they were happy, they opened their own accounts and I rebuilt the website for them but could always log in to make changes as and when required. Well enquiries are directed to the number on their homepage which is (800) 986-0958 and i have seen people post Customer Service 1 (800) 710-1998 but not sure if the work at weekends.

Hi Kathy L.4689, we are closed during the weekends, but I can certainly assist here. What is the domain you are trying to transfer in?

I actually have several which I hope to transfer over a period of time.  Only two of them have associated emails.  I want to make sure this can be processed without the site owners losing existing emails until the address can be set up again in the new account.  I have transferred domains INTO Homestead and have deleted domains.  Have just never transferred within Homestead when there is already an established email.

Still trying to contact support.  No luck.  Are you a Homestead tech?

Thanks for your help.  Was finally able to speak with Jose M and got the assurance I needed for my client.
