how can i set up a group email account so that emails are received by multiple recipients?

How can I set up a group email account, where emails can be received by multiple employees that work for my company? .....for example: when emails are received at an email account named customer_service@mycompany.com .....the emails are received by multiple customer service represenatives that work for my company.

Each person should be able to log into the Webmail program for that mailbox, or you can create a filter in Roundcube to send a copy to each recipient.
