You will need to create a page and delete any or elements to start truly blank.

When I attempt to have a new blank page, the deleting of elements (header, menus, etc.) will be removed on ALL my present pages. How do I get around that? I need a pure, lily white, virgin page with exactly nothing on it.

You would need to turn off the master page for that new page. Doing this will mean that any elements you have on the master, you would need to add to the new page. You can do this in the page settings. Set for this page only is the option.

Drew, I cannot figure out how to apply your instructions using WebBuilder.

C9671, was for Sitebuilder.

Bill3185, in Websitebuilder the header and footer section display on all pages. There is nothing you can do about that, other than to not use them at all. On all other sections you can either select the element in that section and delete, or delete all the sections you don't want and add a new blank one as needed.
