On some of our product pages, there is a warranty information section which sits under the product description section. I would like to find out how to remove the warranty section from all the products which have it. When I click on the warranty + sign, the word "null" is shown. Here is an example of one of the pages which has the warranty: http://stores.crimetech.net/bvda-gelatin-lifter-5-2-x-14-4-pack-of-2/

If it were Homestead Sitebuilder, it would be easy. Cover it using a border image. Using your page editor select Insert > More > Border. You can import any image. Google border art clip art > download an interesting image from the page and insert the image to cover the "+ sign". Any image will work.

This will not work with the basic Bigcommerce editing package. Enhanced editing tools are an additional price. You would want to edit these warranty "+ signs" out before pasting them into your description.

If you want to completely remove it from all products, go to the templates. Under the panels folder you should find a productdetails.html. Remove the panel productwarranty and it should go off all products

Thank you for your reply. I went to productdetails.html and found productwarranty.html. I'm not sure how to "remove the panel." When I clicked on the panel, the following code came up (see below), so I cut the entire thing and clicked on "save." Then I got an error. It said: "There was a problem saving your file. No content was submitted." I must be doing something incorrectly. Any thoughts? Thanks!

<div class="Block Panel" id="ProductWarranty">
    <h2><span>&nbsp;</span>%%LNG_ProductWarranty%%</h2>
    <div class="ProductWarrantyContainer prodAccordionContent">
        <p>%%GLOBAL_ProductWarranty%%</p>
    </div>
</div>

In my template it looks like this. I did a search for productwarranty. Just remove the indicated line.
