I have tried to put in several JavaScript's for a 'site search engine' into the HTML function but none of them are working and do not appear when I preview them. what am I doing wrong?... Please advise on how I can get a site search engine. I don't want the Google one. Thanks

I have always found the Google search to be the easiest and best, but here are a few more I found you can try.

www.master.com provides a good internal search. It takes a bit to set it up, but you end up with just one small snippet of code to insert in an html box.

Without knowing what you have tried it's difficult to say what you might be doing wrong.
