I would like to create the submenu under 1 of the menu tab, and I do not see any option where i can have this configuration. Could you please help me with this.

If you are using Website Builder. Open the pages bar so it expands to view your titled pages. You can drag whichever page you want to go under the tab. It will place itself indented so that it shows that it will be a sub page under that main page. As you can see "press & Media, Resources etc "are all under the "About us".

Hello,

Unfortunately all of your sites are built using Sitebuilder Plus, which doesn't have this capability. I highly recommend looking into rebuilding in the newer builder, as it has this functionality, along with many other improvements from the older builder.
Otherwise, you can find HTML from a 3rd party to create a menu with a dropdown.
