I am trying to build an interactive price list which would allow customers to click on a listed service and they would be brought to a picture of that service. I know how to link to pictures I have uploaded, my question is; do I need to create the table with services and prices in the web builder or can I upload a graph/table I already have saved as a word doc. or some other word file?  Thanks in advance.  I am super frustrated with this newer version, I liked the old one better having access to "file manager"

Hello,

I apologize, the new software does have a bit of a learning curve, however, provides many added benefits. You can use either option. You can either build a table with the tools provided in WebsiteBuilder or link to a file that already exist. Its dependent on how you want the site to look and flow.

I would like to link to ans existing file, how do I upload it? When I try to upload file it just comes up as a link. Are there specific files that are only allowed, PDF, RTF, ODT?

You can add a text link to a document https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/websitebuilder-link-text. If you upload it just as a file, it does come up as a download button to click on to open the file. There are specific file types that are allowed, pdfs are accepted, if you use a file type not supported, it will not allow you to upload it.
