Homestead on Blacklist! Not good for business!

I have been trying to email a customer and it keeps bouncing back to me. Apparently Homestead is being blocked. We thought it was her provider, but it seems to be mine, Homestead.

"the sender's provider has been placed on a blacklist"

Below is the message my customer received from her provider.

Hello,

Unfortunately we will not be able to resolve this, the sender's provider has been placed on a blacklist. Likely the provider is very aware of this and is working on correcting them getting flagged. These blocks are still in effect: http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=che... and it is afflicting more than the report two IP addresses that we logged. Your vendor will need to work this out with their provider as we do not have control over those servers.

I got a security bounce back like this as well. Also my iphone and laptop occasionally tell me the Homestead security certificate is out of date and check to see if I want to connect.

I am not sure why the security error is occuring as I have confirmed that our certificates are renewed into 2017, so you can safely connect.

I have let the mail admins know about the problem.

It appears I have also been blacklisted - AGAIN. Really? I patiently put up with it before thinking it was a one time thing. Why does this keep happening? And how many more times are we going to have to put up with this?

Email was fine this morning, now receiving this message:

550 #5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has
been rejected. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

This is the same message I received last time I was blacklisted.

I am having the same problem, but only to certain clients. This makes it very hard to run a business.

Our email admins are still working on this issue and it does appear that some people can send but as mentioned above there seem to be certain IP addresses block. If this email is detrimental to your business and you need to get something up and running right away, you might consider the option here: https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/can_i_change_email_to_domain_com

I've been receiving very suspicious emails for a couple of days and now my account is blocked by some clients as a result of the security certificate issues. I suspect Homeastead's server was hijacked again, but they are unwilling to admit it.

I want to talk to someone in a customer support capacity. However, I cannot find a phone number to any customer support person.

Does Homestead have a place to call to get help with email problems?

Very bad business practice that we cannot find someone to talk to easily.

This is wholly unacceptable! We should have received some sort of communication from Intuit about this issue! This will negatively affect so many businesses. I will not be using this service for much longer if this continues.

I know, you can't even enter a ticket anymore like you used to. I tried to do chat but they keep disconnecting me. Way to go Homestead, instead of evolving and being responsive to your customers, you regress.

As of yesterday, we have also started getting our business emails rejected. Here are the error messages. This can directly affect our revenue and so this must be addressed.

Hi Joseph, no, you have not been hacked. Notice unless you've changed your name, everyone has a 4 digit number assigned to them.
