homestead mail outgoing mail server not responding for ipad/iphone

Cannot send outgoing mail from iphone or ipad.
Message says: the SMTP server "smtp.homesteadmail.com" is not responding.

I have changed the outgoing ports (as I have seen suggested) and SSL is NOT selected.
I had prevously been able to send emails, but beginning a few weeks ago - I can no longer send emails (but can receive them).

Hi Anissa -

Oh no - I'm sorry about that! Do you mind deleting the mailbox account on your iPhone/iPad, then reconnect it again? This happened to me once before, and simply deleting and re-adding it fixed it for me.

I deleted and reconnected my email - didn't work. :(
The error message I'm getting reads: The SMTP server "smtp.homesteadmail.com" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the Outgoing Mail Server field.

All of my information is intered correctly (SSL is NOT on)

I have my primary outgoing server as "smtp.homesteadmail.com"
I added a secondary server: "smtp.centerylink.net" - when I did that I got another error message: A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

It's weird...my outgoing mail doesn't work when I am at my house, but it works when away from my house.

I checked my ISP at home - and everything seems to be fine:

When I try to send email from my Ipad it says "A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server." I copied my settings from my outlook and Apple customer service said I needed to contact Homestead to find out what settings to use and/or where to point the outgoing server for a mobile device.

Please help!

I already tried deleting the accounts and re-adding them and it didn't make a difference.
