I am not properly receiving my forms from my websites, the problem started about a week ago. I chatted with teir 1 & 2 support whith no success. Said they had to transfer me to advance level support but by that time, they were closed.
Homestead you have an issue with the email delivery of your forms. It is not a yahoo, hotmail, or gmail issue it is a Homestead issue, lets get it fixed.
If I delete the submit button and install a new one, it will be good for one form, that is it, any forms filled out after that will not be delivered to my email.
Your text forms are just a scrambled mess also.
I depend on these forms for my business, lets get it fixed.

I am having the same issue. They blame it on my customers, saying its a problem on their end. Even though I told them I did test form submissions myself and never got the email. I am losing customers over this!! They need to fix or I will find another host!

I just got off chat with a level 2 tech support. Not sure what type of email you have it linked to. I was using yahoo and never had any problems until now. She set up a domain email for me and linked it to the form, and then had the domain email forwarded to my business email which is a yahoo account. We also had to upgrade the version of sitebuilder i was using and it worked! Try this. Hopefully it works for you. I know how frustrating this is!

Thank you for the info, so now forms only work with their email service.
I switched my forms to domain email and then forwarded to my yahoo email and everything seems to be working fine now. I did not have to upgrade site builder.
Level 2 tech support was not able to provide this information for me.
Thank you again

Official Response
Sorry for the frustration regarding the email forms.

We are glad that you found a resolution. The recent Spam and DDoS attacks that we've seen in the news recently have gained world wide attention. Our email administrators will continue to work diligently to keep legitimate emails from being blacklisted.

Before creating or changing email accounts the first troubleshooting step is to check your existing email account and make sure that the emails are not showing up in a junk or spam folder. Most web based email providers have their own built in spam blocker.

Next if your email service has a quota on storage, make sure your quota is not full. (Homestead email accounts currently have a limit of 250 MB.

If that does not work, then experiment with changing the email address that the forms are being sent to. If you do not have an alternate email address, we can help you create a new email address and forward it to another address if you wish.

Thanks!
