Hi Mike, I have a new computer Windows 7 (old computer is Windows XP) and I would like to save a copy of all my homestead emails on a external hard drive and then copy them to my new computer.

Where do I find the file that contains my emails and how do I copy them to the external hard drive?

Or do you have them stored on your server along with all my other homestead files? If so would I still need to make a copy?

Thank You,
Louise

This depends on how you check email. If you use the webmail, everything is stored on the server. If you use a client like Outlook and have it configured as a POP account then it is on your computer.
