Homestead 550 junk mail rejected

I am suddenly receiving an error when emailing certain clients. The message says:

This is the mail system at host smtp6.homesteadmail.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

This is the second time in the past 2 weeks that I'm having problems with emails not being delivered. For some recipients that I've been communicating with regularly I am receiving the following notice, which gives the impression that I'm spam or they've blocked me, which they say they have not:

On Friday, March 22, I reported to Homestead that outgoing email was delayed or never received. The customer service rep. checked into the issue and told me that email support was aware of a "few" problems.

From today's postings, it seems that a few is an understatement. My email problem has worsened in that some incoming mail isn't getting to me. This is extraordinarily disruptive to my business and my ability to respond. I'm not interested in picking an emotion to describe how I feel. What I am interested in is knowing that Homestead sees the urgency of this, that it is working 24/7 to correct the problem and that it will keep its customers apprised of its progress.

I made a new e-mail address and that works. So, it's not a full solution, but it helps when you must waiting.

More details : I made an new e-mail address in Homestead with the same domain name extension.

Dear Homestead, and Ehsan Zaheer Fix it now, I see last company comment was over a week ago. Patience is gone. Business is being harmed. Using aol account with clients is not impressive.

Perhaps someone can find Mr. Zaheer's direct email address?

The faces are ridiculous, fix it.

3 emails bounced back already today.

I'm not sure what we're paying for at the moment. I think it's time for us to report this to the better business bureau.

I'm getting the feeling they can't handle these type of situtations; as it's beyond their scope. There has been silence from Homestead/Intuit. Other than a sporadic staffers on here saying 'we're working on it'. This is starting to scare me at the lack of communciation and the length of time this problem has been going on.

Hire additional help, put them on mandatory overtime. Whatever it takes it needs to fixed in a timely manner.

Intuit is charging us for services we are not receiving. But most important we are losing money by the minute and we have no solid answers.

just setup the new account, sending emails NO PROBLEM, receiving emails is an issue? no email delivered accept one email, when i was syncing it with outlook?

Just moved, after set up, using same ISP and wifi used in previous house, my Outlook won't send emails. It receives just fine. Tried auto repair function but no joy. Please help!

Go into your mailbox setup and see if your outgoing server is on the right port settings and ssl is not checked. Every once in a while mine seems to change on its own.

For me, the problem seems to be that I can't email out to anyone with a @me.com account. It keeps bouncing back the email with this code: Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.0 Blocked
It seems to work for most other email domains, but the me.com and icloud.com domains are not receiving my emails.
Please fix this

Could I please have an estimated time on resolving this issue. I have multiple clients who rely on your email service to do business, not to mention my reputation as well.
Please consider this problem of the highest priority!
