I am in the midst of a major transaction involving steady email communications among 5 different entities and about 40 people, and my principal client is not receiving my email be because several of Homestead's servers are on the Proof Point Black List. This interruption began at about 8:20 pm CST on 8-16-2016 and after spending an hour on Homestead's chat line I was told that the problem had been fixed as of 9:59 am CST on 8-17-2016. Unfortunately, however, the problem persists. According to my client, Homestead's email comes via several servers, and although they might have rotated the IP on one server that was blacklisted, the problem persists because several other servers remain on the blacklist. This problem is killing my credibility and my business, because I cannot communicate reliably with my principal client. Now chat is closed, and I can't find a way to contact Homestead to get this problem resolved.

If anyone from Homestead reviews this post, my Chat ID No. from when I first reported the problem and was told that it had been resolved is  30386077.

My client has told me that if Homestead would provide a list of IP addresses for the Homestead email servers, the client may be able to grant passage to my emails from their end even if the blacklisting continues.  I requested that the list be sent to my client during my chat with tech support and I provided the client IT Manager's email address, but the list has not been provided.

Do you have a bounce message that we can see? I am not sure what we will be able to do. This is a 3rd party blacklist. A quick Google search tells me they are not particularly helpful in these matters. I will look into it though.

I have about 40 bounce back messages, and they are each quite long.  Is there an email address that I can send them to as attachments?

The text of the most recent message is shown below:

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.

We are doing what we can. Our admins say that our ips were removed from the list, but that there might be a sync error or something as it is continuing to block some email. We will continue to do what we can until it is resolved, but as we do not control their system, ultimately it is up to them.

This is the post I was able to find about removing blacklisted IPs from Proofpoint's blacklist.  https://support.proofpoint.com/rbl-lookup.cgi  Is there any contact information I can provide to my client's IT Manager to talk to someone at Homestead so that we can get this problem resolved?  I don't have the tech savvy to do it, and I am trying to get a massive transaction done with ifeffective email communication with my principal client.

As of 10 am CST this morning, my emails to 3 different domains are still bouncing back, and the Homestead servers are apparently still on the Proofpoint blacklist.  Surely there is something more that Homestead can do.  Please try to rectify this problem.  My email is mission critical.  It is one thing to encounter a problem - that happens sometimes - but it is another thing entirely for repeated requests for help to be unproductive.  That should never happen.

We are doing everything that we can do. We were told that we were removed, but it seems that is not the case, or they are having an issue with removing us. I am sorry for the inconvenience but since they blocked us we can not remove the block. They must. We are doing what they ask of us, when they ask.
