Homestead did not collect payment for 12/31/18. My Visa card has the money to pay the monthly fee. How do I get Homestead to do so?

Homestead did not collect payment for my 12/31/18 billing cycle and I have enough money on my Visa card to pay for the monthly fee of $21.99. How do I get Homestead to do so?

Review your credit card detail to insure it's up to date. They take your payment automatically.

Thank you for your reply.  My Visa is up to date.  I printed a copy of it on 1/5/19.  Any other suggestions?

I, am expressing my gratitude to the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from you.  You were very professional, worked very hard to resolve my billing issue, and eagerly assisted me in an informative, patient, and polite manner. 

I have forwarded a correspondence to Compliance to please inform your supervisor that you did an EXCELLENT JOB.

Thank you Elyzabeth for reaching out and replying to my online inquiry as to what was going on with my billing by clarifying for me that the billing issue had to do with Homestead not my credit card and for explaining to me that you are forwarding my billing issue to the appropriate party to get it resolved.
