Help. Homestead has abandoned me. They have not fixed their software on my website in 48 hours for the third time. I am losing money with no sales. This problem is repeated.

By COB Monday, I am reporting Homestead to the States Attorney General and filing a complaint under State Statute 825, punishable by $5,000, 5 years in jail or both. .

Homestead has not abandoned you. We do have your issue escalated to the development team. You reported the issue on 11/07/2013 about 2:30pm MST. I will see if I can get an update for you on Monday, but I can't give you an ETA on the matter.

I feel abandoned too. No customer support on week ends when I have the "spare time" to build my web site and can't even SEE my domain name, "mybirthway" in my list. Is it my fault for buying many domain names? I hope Don has put fuel in the fire and I support him.

Hi Donald,

I am told the developers have found the problem. They said there was a previously unknown bug that caused this when the word "home" was used in the product name. My understanding is that they are hoping to implement a fix tomorrow afternoon.

If they are unable to do it on that schedule or you can't wait, then you should be able to resolve your issue by removing "home" from your product names.

I am having problems as well, this is definitely not acceptable, I am disappointed and might use another company, hundreds of customers are complaining and I do not blame them

when you click on my website u get the following message: "Homestead services have been temporarily interrupted. We would like to assure you that we are making every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. We know how much this inconveniences you and very much appreciate your patience."

Also, everytime I start my software I get this message for all the files on my website: this file has been deleted, do you want to delete the local copy?

I have about 22 customers complaining to me and might not buy my products!!!!!this is food off my kids table!!!

Hi worldsguitar.com, The problem you described above with regard to services being interrupted was caused by a temporary server issue, that has been resolved it should now let you log in and edit your site as usual.

The other message you are getting asking you if you want to delete the local copy is a safety check. If the files on your computer don't match what is on the server it will prompt you with that message to make sure that you don't accidentally delete wanted files. That shouldn't happen very often unless you work on your site from different computers or locations, or you have other people working on it also.
