HELP email shows full when it isn't

Two of our email addresses mailboxes are showing at full capacity and are rejecting emails. However, we have deleted everything from inbox, trash, sent, inbox and every folder but they still show to be completely full. HELP..

I am having a similar issue. Two months of emails and I am over the limit. Hasn't been a problem til the last few months. A bit frustrating having to constantly delete older emails that I maybe would need to reference to. Any help would be great.

If you haven't done so, be sure to delete items in the sent folder and then empty the trash folder. This usually frees up enough quota for most people.
