Ok, so I have this ongoing problem with my domain pointing of xitmintproductions.com .. it's "domain pointing in progress" for two weeks. 

I posted a question on this blog and it got archived because I apparently called in ... that is not accurate. I am still trying to resolve this.

I would like to cancel the point until further notice but unfortunately, there is no visible DELETE button .. geesh that's totally ridiculous btw.

Anyway, I need some help with this. Unfortunately, my work schedule has made it very challenging to call in person as I am on the east coast.

any ideas out there.

I am extremely sorry if an earlier request was skipped over. You should see the domain is properly pointing now inside of your Domains page.

The steps to complete the process were never checked in the Domain status option in the Domains page.

Well that's because it wouldn't allow me.. so that isn't the true problem. I'd like to know why I am having issues solving this alone.? Because lately it appears only service specialist can solve these problems.

Once it gets to the failed message, you are right it does not give an option to fix it from that side. When you first create a point, there is a small checklist to check off. It could be possible that this was missed over.
