I am hoping Drew gets this!  I know this won't be seen until morning, but I am STRONGLY hoping like first thing in the morning lol.  Long story short, I changed domains for my Homestead site, xtremeleads.  I changed it from www.myxtremeleads.com  to www.xtrememobilemarketing.com.  After a few issues, Drew was able to get this accomplished.  I had to go into Sitebuilder and make some changes to the home page, so I did.  Then I published and my site won't come up!  All kinds of strange things have been happening with it.  Now, after going into the DNS and checking the nameservers which are indeed correct, it's just bringing up a "parked page" and I can't access my website!!  Please advise as quickly as possible as I have sms marketing pointed to this and this is where I send clients to sign up for sms marketing packages :(    Thank you!

I am more than a bit concerned at this point.  In talking with Drew the other day about a support issue, while I completely, 100% understand the "backlog" that may happen with support issues on a particular day, I can't understand why support overall has gone down in recent years.  Drew seems to be the only one responsible for taking care of all client issues, which is NOT even close to being right.  He's one person for how many clients?  Why was the phone support taken away?  Why was chat taken away?  Is Homestead willing to reimburse me the money I have lost because my site is down and this is the only way I can get any type of help?  No?  I didn't think so.  I am a paying client, issues shouldn't take this long to get rectified!  This is NOT Drew's fault by any means, it is Homestead's!  In this case, lack of planning on YOUR part DOES constitute emergency on my end!  Staff accordingly to handle your clients' needs!  Cost cutting shouldn't mean cutting support!

Good morning. I have fixed xtrememobilemarketing.com. There was an issue yesterday that caused this, but has been resolved. I just had to reconnect the domain to the site. It should be good from here on. Did you still want to get the other domain pointed as well?

Hey I think my site maybe disconnected as well. I am editing and able to publish. But when I go to the actual page. It does not show my edits are live.

dujuanjustin3885, I am not sure why, but your domain had the incorrect DNS settings for a Websitebuilder site. It was set to a Sitebuilder site. I have updated the DNS, but it might take some propagation time

Thank you SO much Drew!  I apologize for my rant, obviously that was NOT directed at YOU.  I am a little miffed at Homestead at the moment.  No, everything is good now, don't need anything pointed, with everything you worked on the other day, everything is just the way I need it.  Thank you!  I greatly appreciate all of your efforts.

You are welcome. It is no problem at all. I do understand when you need something done. Chat support was removed as it was largely unused. We decided to add some more phone agents in place of chat. You can get phone support Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm Mountain. The number is at the top right of http://www.homestead.com. It says sales, but you can get to anyone by pressing the right buttons.

Yes, but it would interrupt your email service which they apparently moved to Microsoft. Do you have access to the Microsoft account? If so, I can provide you with the necessary DNS records to point the site back to Homestead and leave the email service alone.

You will need to find the DNS editor in the microsoft account. There will be sections. You need to locate the A records and change the IP address for the record with the host name of @ to 108.167.135.124.

Then find the CNAME section and make sure you add 2 CNAMEs. The host names will be www and *. Both should direct to websites088.homestead.com.

If this sounds confusing, Microsoft should be able to assist. If there is an A record with a host name of www or *, it will need to be deleted.
