HELP! Email is not sending

Outlook email is not sending. I seem to be receiving messages; Sent messages are showing up in Sent folder but not being received. Have tested with multiple recipients and no one is getting my messages this morning! Need quick resolution!

Can you tell me the email address you are sending from? Also can you send from the Webmail program?

Yes--sort of. Sent a test message to both Gmail and Yahoo addresses from Webmail this morning ; Gmail address received, but not Yahoo . Nothing sent from Outlook client is being received, but incoming messages to Outlook seem to be working.

Not one message you have sent in the last 3 months to anyone has been blocked by our spam filter. It is possible that it is happening on the recipient end, but that is something they would have to get checked. Can you give me one or two specific email addresses that are not receiving from you. If replies work and some domains are receiving then Outlook should be configured correctly.

Happy to hear it. This is not unusual if there was a block placed. If the recipient server was blocking your messages, they usually drop the block after a short time.
