help email address not working

set up new address sends mail fine but wont recive any mail if you email it you get mail delivey falure response

Hello,

You have your email DNS pointing to Google. You would either need to create your email address through them, or change your DNS to point to us. I do want to warn though, if you change the DNS, any emails you have through Google will stop working.

How do you know where your email DNS is pointing?  I just set up mail ( Lisa@inthezoneagility.com ) and am not getting any mail.   I tried ending myself and nothing...

Hello Lisa,

Your DNS was just old. I've updated it. This should resolve this issue. Please check it over the next 24 hours and let me know if it doesn't work still.

not working still :(   I can send mail through roundcube, but cannot receive it.

I did test, and I can see a few test emails in the Inbox, as well as the test email I just sent. Can you please check one more time? It seems to be working now.
