Help Changing DNS Records for Website

I am trying to go live with our new website for lockportfoodpantry.org. however, i can't seem to access DNS records for my registered domain. Can you assist?

The reason is because the nameservers are pointing elsewhere. It appears to be ns29.websitewelcome.com and ns30.websitewelcome.com. You can edit the DNS at the location where these nameservers are pointing to, otherwise, we can change the nameservers back to Homesteads, and this should give you the option back to edit DNS within Homestead.
