Hello, why does it take so long for me to receive emails?

I have been sending out test emails from different email addresses and it can sometimes take a few hours for my Open-Xchange email address to receive them. Why do I not receive them right away? I will need to cancel this account and go somewhere else if there is no resolution.

I've been having this same difficulty on and off for the last few months.  I went years without difficulty but for some reason over the last several months, there have been multiple email issues.  I'm going to have to move my account as well if the problems don't get corrected immediately.

I am also getting notices that say "mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"  right after my customer has responded that they received my email

I haven't received any notices, but everything is just taking FOREVER for me to receive. Not only that, but today I keep receiving multiples of the same email. I really hope someone who works here can advise us on what's going on!
