It looks like you found it. I see unique titles on the pages now. If you still have an issue, can you give specific names?

if you go to my web site ecoliawindoors.com and access the page "windows" you will see that every picture is written "A Sample Tittle" underneath. how do i remove that?

I see that now. That should be the title under manage gallery, but it doesn't seem to be changing. Can you try adding a new gallery element and add that picture to the gallery and then edit the title to see if it changes. If it does, then your current gallery appears to be corrupted somehow.
