On the page properties section on desktop sitebuilder there is a section titled <HEAD> tag.

This is where I placed my mobile re-direct script as follows:

<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
if (screen.width <= 699) {
document.location = "https://www.drywallcarolina.com/mobile.html";
}
//-->

I've also recently placed a Google verification script/tag into the same box. I've removed some of the letters and numbers from the original.

<meta name="google-site-verification" content="PPbL_FmTRquAj__F??????????????__cwg" />

Is this an acceptable thing to do, having 2 scripts in the same box? Could this cause any problems? If it's not I would choose to remove the Google verification but really don't want to for obvious reasons. Is there a workaround if needed? If it is acceptable whats the proper placement?

Mobile re-direct on top or Google or does it matter?
Should the scripts butt up to each other as in <11111><22222>, should there be a space between them, <11111> <22222> or should they be separated by using the Enter key before entering the second script?
<11111>
<22222>

Also on the mobile re-direct script would it be a good idea to change the http to https on all re-directs?

Thank you.

Hello steve4468

You can put anything you want in the Head Tag. You just have to be careful to keep the scripts separate, and it shouldn't be an issue. It doesn't matter which one is first, but I would do a line break between each to be safe.

You don't use any forms so, if the mobile site was also built in Sitebuilder, then you should use https in the redirect.

Thank you. Script placement was a concern but now it's not. I appreciate it.

And yes, my mobile sites were built using Desktop Sitebuilder so I'll change the re-directs to https ASAP.

Thanks again.

This is a followup question about the Head Tag section.

How much is too much?

On my desktop and mobile pages I have the Google Analytics script then a mobile re-direct script for desktop pages and a different script on my mobile pages. I want to add a Google webmaster tools verification script to the Head section on the Index page but don't want to overload anything if such a thing is possible. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you.

There isn't really a limit, adding that Google Analytics script shouldn't be an issue
