I am having problems sending emails, responding to emails! HELP!

It looks like you primarily use IE 11. This can be a problem with IE 11. Can you use Chrome or Firefox to see if that is the problem. If not, tell us what happens.

I was able to send an email out using Chrome. I prefer to use explorer. Is this an issue that will be resolved?

It is an issue with Internet Explorer. It will be resolved, but I do not have an ETA.

I read many similar issues. Google Chrome has kept working. Today, I addressed another large issue that people have... Not enough storage. Reaching the 500M makes send/receive so much slower. Those thousands of emails are too much work but some are too important to simply delete. A losing situation. Solution: Highlight all emails or sort into groups by name, date or ? and COPY into a folder on a cloud. You can do this by say 4 month periods... Use your imagination. After pasting into the cloud (I use ONEDRIVE), they are safely stashed away. Now create a link to this folder by "Pin to Start" and it's only 2 clicks away! Easier than opening your browser! Next (but not last) return to the highlighted emails and click delete. Lastly, EMPTY your trash. Only then will you regain space. Drew, I have only 115 emails in al but the Email count says 1516. I'
ve gone through every single folder from Unified to every open detail.

I think the count is about right. You have 846 in your richard@acenergysaver.com Sent Objects. Other folders have some as well, like inbox

Yes, you are correct. I found some more glitchy twists during this hunt. First to make mention and correction, after selecting items to remove/relocate to a cluod folder, they need to be "saved" not "copy". In my system, it automatically saves to a download folder. When it opens, I rename it so it does not conflict with previous items. It is then dragged or sent to the designated cloud folder. Second, After selecting over 5000 items to move, you found over 800 were not and still in my inbox/"sent". It's important to watch the working circle to make sure it stops before going to the next stroke. What it says, like "empty" may not have yet seen something left behind. Wouldn't it be nice to have a laminated instruction card for this tedious and necessary solution? We only need to do it twice a year!

Here's a suggestion for Homestead. Have an address collection of clients to notify on a regular basis, putting this Q-card in front of them, identified as, "REMINDER: CLEAN up to KEEP up".

Here's yet another solution: After deleting or if waiting a long time for nothing to appear, yet it's there, shut down the browser and reopen everything to "refresh" giving the provider to unscramble the mess back in CA. It works instantly, similarly to shutting out and restarting during a long anything within OX.

I will think about these things. I am hoping we get some improvements soon. The cloud storage is an interesting idea.
