Having problems with installing Site builder

Hi, I was having problems launching Site builder, so I deleted it and downloaded the software and tried to reinstall Site builder to no avail. I have Windows 10. I need help.

With the windows 10 updates it has affected the compatibility with the desktop builder. I would recommend using Sitebuilder plus, which is the online version. However, you can run the repairs suggested in these articles to get the desktop version connected.
