Hi. I've been trying to publish a page on both desktop sitebuilder and online sitebuilder plus, but it's not uploading -- or at least it's not showing online. Any ideas why? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I cannot see any reason why your site wouldn't be publishing. Can you try going into the file manager in Sitebuilder Plus and publishing from there? If it doesn't work, it should at least give you an error message telling you why.
Which page are you trying to publish?

Thank you very much for your reply, Elyzabeth. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner to let you know that I figured out the problem. (I had been planning to post a reply this morning before you got to work, but due to insomnia for the past week, my schedule has gone down the drain.) Here's the source of the problem:

I recently took my computer in for repairs and the repair person there did something which has changed a few things when I'm working on the website. For example, when I publish a page, it no longer shows the published page even though the box is ticked to do so. That was a handy function. So after publishing a page now, I have to type in the URL on my browser to check the page . In this case, I inadvertently left out a letter when I first named the page which I didn't notice. So I kept typing in the correct URL, but the page wouldn't show because I originally spelled a word in the title wrong. (I hope that makes sense.)

I'm not sure what the fellow did at the repair shop, but perhaps it has something to do with that fact that he downloaded a newer version of Internet Explorer. (Just a guess.) Anyway, I'm sorry to have bothered you. I was trying it all morning yesterday and couldn't figure out the problem. Thanks again for your reply.

Oh, I'm glad you got that resolved! I'm not sure what he might have done, but that builder does tend to become more incompatible the more a computer is updated, so that is possible.
No problem, it's not a bother. I'm here to help.

Yes, he did a complete overhaul, so who knows what he might have done. Whatever the case, the computer works better overall. I think it's about ten years old -- and then it was secondhand when it was gifted to me -- so I'm not complaining.  :o)

Many thanks, Elyzabeth. Hope you have a great weekend.
