having email isssues on multiple accounts

i am having issues on a few of my emails accounts on mobile as well as on PC what can i do to fix this i have reset passwords etc already?

You had several email addresses that were sending spam. The passwords were changed, but it is possible that some servers may be blocking your mail right now. Make sure to use passwords you have never used before. What is the exact nature of the problem you are having.

Issues being able to login on Phones and Outlook, and as well roundcube webmail, this is occuring for a few of our email addressess

Did you update the passwords as suggested above? The password should not be easy to guess like "password!" or your name or the domain name. These are common passwords and easily guessed. I see several accounts were compromised. Each one would need a new password. The best thing to do is use a generator to make strong passwords. https://passwordsgenerator.net/

Most importantly do not reuse an old password.

yes i updated passwords again and the guys are still unable to access the email accounts

I was able to log in without any errors, can you ask if they are able to try to log in from incognito mode? I have heard some customers have problems when an old password is autosaved.
