I have done the online cancellation and now its telling me I need to call??!! I cant call. I'm in UK. I don't understand why I have to complete online form to cancel AND call to cancel and spend more money! I cant find any email address to contact anyone through this maze of support! Lengthy process. Please can I receive something to confirm my account has been cancelled. Many Thanks :)

Hello,

The account is still open, if you did want it to close immediately, it does require to call in but I understand you may not be able to. I can go ahead and process your account for closure and send out a confirmation email. This will disable the domain, email address and websites on this account is this okay?
