I need help. My website was hacked so that most pages redirect to a spam site. I hired a company to fix the issue. They fixed the problem and need to upload files to save my site. The problem now lies in the fact that these files can not be uploaded. How do I get in touch with homestead tech support?

800-710-1998 or 800-986-0958. They open at 6:00 AM Arizona time.

In the meantime I might be able to offer some assistance.

What program did you build the site with? Sitebuilder plus, desktop sitebuilder or websitebuilder?

If you used the sitebuilder programs did you use cloudflare for https compliance?

Have you added ANY 3rd party html coding addressed to widgetserver.com on any of your pages?

I know the homestead name but what's the personal url/domain name if you have one?

Just visited http://thestoryofliberty.homestead.com.

It appears the problem was not addressed properly by the company you hired as the redirects are still active.

Hello,

You can always upload files directly to the file manager https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-view-file-manager However, this redirect may be somewhere in one of your many HTML codes as it is still in place. I would recommend with starting where you had theses codes generated to ensure they are up to date. Also, you can reach support at 1800-710-1998 Monday-Friday.
