The option seems to be correctly added on the "Customize your Payment Page"  and has worked until recently.

The Simplestore does not have a gift wrap option. Nor can you customize the checkout page. Did you set this up through your Paypal account?

Correct - the simple store is linked to paypal and the options are on their site. After contacting them they are unable to assist and indicated it was an integration issue with homestead...(?) Guessing I'll need to call them again and hope for better support this time unless you have any thoughts for us. Thanks :)

It is on their side (paypal) - sounds like they disabled the features and the link from homestead, though still a live and accessible page, is no longer functional. Thanks for your prompt assistance!

I was able to add "gift wrapping" as an item in the simple store - not a perfect fix but it works. Wondering if you have any creative ideas for offering a place for the client to add a gift card to their order. It could be an item added but I can't think of a way they can enter what the card should read. Is there any advise you can suggest? Again, thanks :)

I am glad you found out, and can try to make use of a product for the purpose. I think the same with the gift card is the best option. You would probably need to create a product for each option you want to offer, like $5, $10, $25, etc...

I meant a greeting card rather than a gift card with a $ associated with it.
I.e.:"Happy Holiday's from the Jones Family". I'm not seeing a way to add a comment to the order. Our customers used that (paypal) option a lot. I think we're stuck as is. Thanks again.

Yes. We can't do that. Sorry.
