I recently received an email from BigCommerce that said I have a trust seal and need to add it to my website. I followed these instructions https://support.bigcommerce.com/articles/Public/Adding-a-GeoTrust-SSL-seal-to-your--footer?mkt_tok=e...  and placed the code in the footer. I then waited for over 24 hours. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

Hello,

Please make sure you've changed the setting to Redirect No WWW to WWW.

Also, your site isn't showing as secure, so I would recommend you follow these instructions to secure your site:

Yes, my setting is Redirect No WWW to WWW.

Are you sure it's not secure? When I go to the checkout, there is a green padlock with https://www.crimetech.net/checkout. In the SSL area of my dashboard, it states that Encryption Everywhere is "Currently Installed."

After digging around, I've found that Encryption Everywhere does not include a site seal, so I don't know why BigCommerce emailed me about installing it. Ugh, this has been a waste of time.

Your checkout page is secure, because it has to be. That redirects to a payment processor which is secure. However, just going to crimetech.net is not secure. I highly recommend you take the steps to secure your site, so you are not penalized by Google for not having a secure site.
