I cannot access my website to do updates. At startup the wheel keeps spinning and does nothing waited 45min about 7 times in two days. Log out and back in and still the same thing. Right before this issue when posting photos and trying to save or publish same thing wheel would turn and it would do nothing.

HI Amy, what version of builder are you using and what computer system. If its the desktop version you may need to reinstall the programme. If you ARE using desktop version then this link may be of use https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_do_a_complete_re_install_of_sitebuilder_de...

If another builder let us know. The tech guys will not be back in here until Monday

OK, Amy,  so you are logging into your online Homestead account but for some reason the builder refuses to launch.. is that right? Never having used a MAC all I can offer is to try a different browser ( if MACS can) Firefox seems to be the most Homestead friendly... But failing that I think it will need to be sorted by one of the HOmestead Tech guys.. Sorry I cannot think of anything else but I am certain the techs can resolve it.
