forms not working

I called earlier for technical help.
English is not my first language and it's very difficult for me to explain here in detail the problems with the submit form.
The technician I spoke to said he would submit a ticket, but, where do I find this ticket?

Will I get the help needed?

Hello,

There was a ticket created to get this resolved. You are not able to physically look at the ticket but you can call in and check on the status after 48 hours. 

I would be glad to help you with anything else.

I have tried on my side, and  I got a different message this time. (there may be hope?)

It may be getting worked on now if you get something different from last time. This email is letting you know that you can view the submissions by going to the manage forms option to see the collected information. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-collected-form-data

No! It isn't being worked on at all.
I am ready to guarantee you it isn't being worked on. The service given over the phone spoke volumes.
I am the one who tried working on it, and that is how I got the change.

Why don't you try looking at the form via the 'Manage forms', and then give me the order? because I have already tried it, and you cannot read it at all. 

So this is it? 48 hours is up, and I must now call in right?
But why am I calling in? To get another 48 hours of giving me the run around? 

I am so taken aback it's unreal. I did not expect this from you guys at all.
