When I load my site http://www.surgicalconsultantsofdallas.com with Safari the formatting is randomly correct and incorrect. I'm not entirely sure why the page loads fine intermittently. When it is incorrect the text boxes are gigantic which pushes all the content down. I really like the new Website Builder but it's embarrassing having my name on these websites when they load looking like this! Since the problem is intermittent, I have screen shots if that helps.

Yes, can you please post the screen shots. IF you like I can make this a private topic. Just let me know.

I will start looking at this. Have you tried other browsers? I would be interested in knowing if it was only Safari.

Thanks for looking at this. As far as I can tell, this time it's just Safari. Last month, the problem was with internet explorer and chrome but only on Windows machines. The Windows problem seems to be fixed now, but now Mac Safari is a problem. Last time to fix the Windows problem, homestead tech support had me copy and paste some error code from the browser to send to them.

This has only started happening in the last few days or so....these images are both with Safari. The bottom image has a background of a photo....Is that causing the error?

John, are you referring to Safari on a Mac? or the Windows version? If it is on a Mac, can you try the Mac version of Chrome and/or Firefox? I am still looking at this.

Yes Safari on a mac. Firefox loads well apart from the initial source view that seems to appear for 2 seconds.

My HOME page and SCD SURGEONS pages are duplicated pages, but load differently in Mac Safari intermittently. I just refreshed the duplication to make sure they were identical. When the home page is selected the names of the surgeons are cut off. When the SCD SURGEONS page is loaded it looks correct. Also on first load, the main menu is covered by the box with the Contact Us information. It seems to go away after clicking different links on the site and then going back to home, but the problem reappears if the page is re-entered into the browser by hand. The website is viewing correcting in Mac Chrome and Mac Firefox. I'll check on a Windows computer later at work.

Quite simply the site builder is not compatible with Safari on the mac. You can publish a page and it looks fine. But when you refresh any page the whole lot goes out of line. Work needs to be done to correct the problem Drew.....

I am trying to think of what else may cause this. We have looked at your sites on a Mac in Safari and there is no issue. There must be other factors involved.

mac OS Sierra 10.12.4; Safari Version 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34)
Still loading with the menu covered up by the gray box. It should look like the second screenshot.

If you click off the home page and then back onto it, it loads fine. It's just the first time it loads that it is wrong. Every time I close the tab and re-open it, it loads wrong. It still occurs after I clear my browsing history.

I can't keep waiting for a solution. I got rid of the gray box and changed the photo gallery. The formatting between sections is still extra wide on first load but then fixes itself, but at least it doesn't look ridiculous.

Here are two screenshots from my website. The first is correctly viewed. The second is after refreshing the page. Every paragraph is spaced correctly, there are no overlaps. PUZZLING...

Well that is great news. I doubt we would ever have found that, as we do not utilize AVG at all.
