Form Submission reply problems

Hello all...I have the reservation form on website...but when someone fills it out and submits it and i get in is listed as being from homestead and not the person that sent in order to reply to them, i have to copy their email and start a new message and reply that way...but when first started website, i could just click reply and it would go to person's email who filled out...Does anyone know how I can fix this...It is not really a big deal, only takes a little longer to reply...I think Homestead is a great product and would be lost without them..Thanks in advance, Michael

Hi Michael,

As far as I know, anytime someone submits a form it has always been forwarded to you via email from Homestead.

The only time it would show an email from the actual user is if they've clicked on a link that was setup to email your email address specifically.

For example, if you use the pre-made contact form or the custom form tools and submit button, those will always be sent to you from Homestead.

However, if you link some text or a button to an email address, then when a visitor clicks on that link their email client on their computer would automatically launch and pre-fill in the email address specified.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the address that a form is sent to you from.
