Hello,

We have identified the issue that was preventing the form submissions from sending and resolved the issue. This also pushed through the back lock of forms submissions that were previously not sent. The forms should be working as normal but we will be monitoring the situation closely still.

Dear Sir .

I have a website in Homstead.com for the past 10 years . Since a couple of weeks I found some issues regarding the delivery of order submission to my mail . The default mail in the submission button has been given as infohibas@yahoomail.com in the order submission buttons .

Being yahoo is another mail provider it may some times block the form submission in the site . This was the issue in the last year and it has been solved . Recently again this issue came up . initially I thought Yahoo is blocking the mails Hence I added a Homstead mail id to the form submission button
That is info@hibasgiftindia.com ( This mail id provided by homestead it self )

But unfortunately the mails to this id also not coming some times . Thus I under stand that the issue is from your End .. Kindly Resolve the issue sooon as I am embarrassed with the calls from my customers ..

For over a week I have not received half of the form submissions from my website I have made one work order already and the suggestion I received was to reinstall my submit button and check the email address. See attached: Homestead William S (Social Media Specialist)  (Social Media Specialist) replied to this problem: Many of my emails are not going through Hello, Have you tried a different email address to make sure it is not an issue with your mail provider? If the issue is still happening, try and delete the submit button and re-add a new one and try that II it still continues .

I just tested my system and it still is not working
I changed the deliver to email and text and I can not see the client entries in the text line so what good it?

I see a bunch of submitted forms in your form manager. Each was submitted today. Did you receive some and not the others?

That is correct.  I have checked my email and called my service provider to insure its not on my end. I did receive a one form from last week however. Yet others that didn't come through never showed up, that was odd.

Do you know which form they used that never showed in the form manager? And do you know an approximate date/time of submission?

No I can't pin point it.  There are 31 different clients and 4 difference menus (Forms).  I have had two show up in my email since my last reply.

Let us know if you can see some in the form manager that you do not receive in email. We just need to know which submission so we can report the date and time.
