Can you try Chrome? or Firefox? It should be working.

Is it a Windows 10 problem? I can import one file at a time but no more...

No, there is an issue with uploading. There is a fix from the developers, currently scheduled to be released on Thursday morning. This is subject to change.

Hi Drew... any progress on the bug to allow importing more than one file at a time? Thank you

I am using the on-line sitebuilder plus but can't see the directory and file of the contents that I used to drag and drop to.

You have several sites. Did you use one for file storage? I see one site with over 4000 files. Another with over 400.

Yes Drew. One is an on-line book... and another is a record of my Niume Blog. Niume died. I thank you. It would seem that everything is great now. I do need to streamline those files and get rid of those that are out-dated and no longer referred to. Thank you so much!

I have been trying over several days to import a pdf to my file manager without success. it just sits and processes until the system logs me out for inactivity.

What browser are you using? Did you try both import button and drag and drop? Drag and drop seems to be working for everyone, but a few people have been having some issues with the import button. We are investigating that.

Also, please make sure the pdf has only letters and numbers in the file name. No spaces or special characters.

Internet Explorer, I did have a space in the file name, removed the space and tried again, still processing. Tried drag and drop and that did work. Thank you.

You're welcome. We are working to figure out the issue some people are having, so hopefully it will get cleared up.
