There isn't a file manager per se in the new builder. Click on Elements in the left side menu and then choose either Files or Images. Everything you have imported will show up in those areas and you can delete or add items.

But how can we manage the files we've created?  For instance, when I created my first website in the new WebsiteBuilder, I uploaded photos to a half dozen different folders.  I should have created one folder for that website and put those 6 folders within that folder, but I didn't.  Now that I'm creating my second website, every time I want to upload images to the new website, I have to scroll through those 6 folders too.

Inside of the Website Builder, if you click Elements, then Images, click Image, at the top you should see an option to click "My Images"

Todd I think maybe Terri is referring to something I've asked about before. I created my first website in the new builder, saved, published, etc. When I started to create a second site, totally unrelated to the first, all the folders I'd created for the first one showed up and it continues to do that with any new site I create.

When doing SEO I can't for instance get Bing site map to verify. If I knew where it is maybe I can fix it but I would like to have access to a file manager for my website to keep it clean.

You should be able to upload a sitemap to your website. Click Elements, then Files, then Document. Upload your sitemap here, and this is where you would be able to see it.
