Feb. 17th Service Issue is Resolved Is NOT Resolved!

You say that the Feb. 17th Service Issue is Resolved, but i STILL can Not log onto my Website. When I try to Log-on, I get:

"Sorry 'strippittech.com ' does not exist or is not available."

The problem is that you failed to verify your domain and it is suspended. You are required to verify the contact information when registering a new domain or when the domain is updated. Failure to do so results in the suspension of the domain. This is not a Homestead policy, this is a regulation set forth both ICANN, the body that regulates domains. You will need to log into your account and update your contact information. Then look for an email that asks you to verify the information and follow the instructions. Your site should return shortly after you verify successfully.

NO, this does Not help.

I have had this Website for 14 Years, have up-dated my 49 webpages thousands of times, with no problems.

And NOW you say I need to "Verify" ? I have No Idea what you mean by "Verify" , and have Never had to "Verify" before. I have Logged-in again, all my Account data seems OK, I have not changed any of my Account data in many years.

All I know is my Website quit working, Is it too much to ask for someone there to actually help a Long Time Customer resolve this problem?
