Facebook API Update 9/4/2019

Facebook is making a change to their API effective tomorrow (9/4). These changes will affect a few elements within Homestead's WebsiteBuilder.

Facebook timeline elements and image gallery feeds that pull from Facebook or Instagram pages will no longer work. You will need to delete that element and republish your site without it.

We are working on editing these elements to work with this API change, but for now, we will be removing the elements from the builder so they cannot be added onto any new sites until we are able to get this resolved.

We will keep you updated on any changes or news.

Thank you!

Facebook is a scam as far as marketing is concerned. Have a look here for just a few reasons why you should avoid it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Facebook

Couldn't disagree more. Facebook and other social media platforms have helped me increase my revenue by more than 30% over the past six months.

Has this been fixed yet or is there a date it will be fixed by?

There has not been a fix set in place and unfortunately we have not been provided any ETA for this.
