Once again, I, Elana Laham, am expressing my appreciation for the EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER CARE I received from BRADLEY AMIRAULT who works for Homestead’s Technical Support Team.  He acted in a professional manner.  He was polite, pleasant, friendly, and eager to help me.   In addition, he was very knowledgeable, and he resolved my technical issue quickly, and without any difficulty.  He did an EXCELLENT job!!!!!  Thank you.  I have forwarded my commendation of him to his Supervisor and to Compliance.
