error reporting

What email address do I send when I get an error reporting notice? I tried emailmg.homestead.com but it says wrong I need a domain to add to that????
well here, this is the error message when I try to open support@newtekpc.com through open exchange.

You are welcome to post things like this right here on the Community. The error you posted above is a known issue that we have been working on and has been popping up less and less frequently. However, I would still like to know how often you get this? or if it happens every time you check your email etc? Or if it's very random and unpredictable etc?

ever since the migration to bigcommerce, my jim@newtekpc.com, info@newtekpc.com, and support@newtekpc.com, when I delete and email from my Samsung Note II, or my pc the emails wont stay deleted, them come right back. I have the imap and smtp settings and ports correct. But no clue why they wont stay deleted. Nothing in my phone settings will correct it. so Im sure it's something to do with the server syncing my emails and returning the deleted emails, thats just my opinion though. I know there have been issues I have read them on other channels. so i guess I wait for a solution, I dont need a new app on my phone for emails. My hotmail is on the same default email app on my phone it works fine.

Hi Jim, unfortunately you might need a new app. Hotmail is a different server and likely acts differently. The stock Android client does not allow the custom mapping of folders. You need to be able to map the trash and sent, if you like, to the server. Different mail servers have different folder structures. When you configure the stock client it looks for 1 option on the server. In this case, it isn't there, hence the need to customize. k-9 is free, and I just created instructions for it on my Galaxy Note 3.

When you are deleting the message it is not deleting them from the server, only locally, so when you go back to your email, they all come back from the server.

that error report is generic from webmail on Intuit website or homestead. Dont know where to send it, says incorrect email and domain, ?? ya thats it, on send to

Yes, that is a known issue for some accounts and the admin are trying to track it down.
