what does error code err-3375-T mean.

I am not familiar with that error code so will have to do some research.  I am guessing that it may be related to the email issues that are occurring today: https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/september_23_2013_email_sending_and_receiving_probl...  

Can you tell me what triggers the message?

Same problem. Realized when an important email wasn't received on the other end. Sent a test email and this is what was returned (minus the personal info):

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain *****.com by inbound.homesteadmail.com. [209.157.71.80].

The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Sender address quota exceeded: Throttled (Error code ERR-3375-T) Please refer to http://support.homestead.com/mail-blo... for more information.

It appears to be a blacklist issue that our email admins are working on at this time. We'll post updates as soon as we have more information.

I am now having the same problem. Here is the undeliverable message my colleague received when she tried to send me an email:

From: Mail Delivery Subsystem
Date: Tue, Sep 24, 2013 at 9:48 PM
Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
To: mengadj@gmail.com

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

webmaster@idahomentalhealthcounselor.org

Technical details of permanent failure:

Sorry for the problem, but this is related to the overall email issue. We are in the process of replacing our entire email system, (new servers, spam filters, etc). Unfortunately it will take a little time to restore everything to full functionality. We'll do our best to keep you updated here: https://community.homestead.com/homes...
