Did this resolve itself again? I looked at 3 different computers, Chrome and Firefox and was unable to pop this error.

Does it happen on any particular page. Or any page at all?

NO not any one page.....it's throughout the website

Yea. I am sorry for the frustration. Intermittent problems can be maddening. I am engaging the developers to get some more ideas.

No worries, I understand...hopefully we can figure it out.

We're trying. I'll let you know what I find out, or what the developers may want to ask that I have missed. I know you said you use Firefox. Have you ever tried Chrome with Sitebuilder? If so, did you see the error there?

No I didn't think about it last night....I'll work in chrome next time and see....I used to use chrome but overall I have found Firefox to be faster, but it's been a while since I tried chrome.

I haven't a chance to check another browser but I am looking at these two pages and the changes still haven't taken effect. The buttons should be black with no matte

Also when I hit my right arrow command button its sending my element all the way to the left on the page.http://www.callmeozz.net/High-Seas-Karaoke-Cruise-Competition.html I will have to log out and log back in to get it to stop doing it.

Hello,

Is your http://www.callmeozz.net/NM-State-Fair-Karaoke-Competition-2015.html page still not reflecting properly? The version I see online is the same as SiteBuilder for all the buttons.

I have heard of that bug with the arrow keys. Generally removing the element that jumps and re-adding it should fix, or you might have to just drag and drop the element.

No it is not.....The menu buttons on the left should not be in matte, as well as all the buttons going down through the page. These changes were made several times and published with no success. I am now noticing that this is now occurring on other pages we have updated as well. Generally speaking it is not holding all the changes begin made.

I also noticed on the home page, we had changed all of the "spider site" buttons to currior font, it was there, now it went back....see screenshot

Yes I realize I can re-add the element or drag the element, but it's a very difficult issue when we are trying to make something a specific size.

So looking at the home page in site builder it's the way it's supposed to be.....but just bringing up the site, it's not.

So I cleared the bookmark saved on firefox and went to the site newly entered and it's the way it's supposed to be....so no worries on that subject

Sounds like some intermittent errors. We will investigate this further over the next couple days, but if you encounter a serious error that doesn't seem intermittent in nature, let us know.

I realize these are intermittent but they are very annoying and hopefully the culprites can be found and taken care of......email issues now.....taking forever to load up and send emails out....

If you are experiencing a slowness with webmail also, there might be an issue with your internet provider. The intermittent errors could also be from a timeout issue, and there could be an issue with the connection to us. It may be worth talking with your internet provider also to see if they have anything on their side also.

I had thought the same thing but they just did a major fiber optic upgrade and I have no other issues with other sites. My admins on the other side of town also experience these issues....I think it would be worth having your team look into it. Is there any way to adjust the time out? It's not unusual for us to have to work on the sites for hours at a time.

There is no way to adjust the timeout.
