Error logging into SiteBuilder

The problems with SiteBuilder Desktop have gone beyond ridiculous.  I haven't been able to edit any of my websites for almost a month now.  I get an error message that my user name and password are wrong (they're not) and if I try to use SiteBuilder Plus instead, it locks up.  I understand this is due to the migration but seriously there must be something more to the story.  Why are most accounts not affected?  When is this going to be fixed?  WHEN, WHEN, WHEN and WHEN???

I reinstalled my operating system awhile back and last week I tried to reinstall Sitebuilder, but I can't get it to open. Keep getting error messages about user name and password

That error is due to the chaging of our data center. Can you log in to your account at http://www.homestead.com? Go to websites manager, then select the site you want to edit. Then click on the arrow to the right of the edit site button and select edit with Sitebuilder Plus. This is an online version and should let you make urgent updates.

I have tried for multiple hours to utilize the online sitebuilder plus portion of the service we pay for through Homestead.  We keep receiving 505 errors and server errors and need to be able to edit my site.  It seems this may have some issue around the sites using the Homestead provided templates.  My sites can be edited if they have been built from scratch.  I need to please get this issue resolved as I have people waiting on me!

This has been going on for many months to a year. Site builder is at a point you can't edit or work on your site anymore. It takes 10-15 times longer to access and do something. The promise of its going to get better it running out....

Other companies have fast and easy access. They don't change email servers or merchant accounts. Its always something. Now DSN changes. What next??? They need to buy more data space on Go Daddy to support customers.

A rate increase last month for slower service doesn't sound like such a good deal anymore.
