Hello,

We are aware of the errors loading the Sitebuilder Plus builder. There is already a ticket to get this issue resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and will have the builder up and running as soon as possible.

I will keep you updated with any changes.

7:25- The builder is now loading successfully

I haven't been able to get SiteBuilder Plus to load for the last four hours.

It gets to the "Starting Up!" box after saying it was updating files but won't go any further and I've tried on multiple computers.

Can anyone give me some help with this, please? Or is it being worked on

Almost 6 hours now.  I get a message "copying updated files, this might take a few minutes".  I've never in all my years of being a Homestead customer, received this message.  Then, it takes forever to get to the "startup" mode, in which it then does nothing for 20-30 minutes before it gives me an error message.

No Praise here! I have been trying to update my website using the online webbuilder for over 4 hours off and on and have been unable to get the site to load properly and earlier, when it did load, I couldn't save changes. This is a great way to run a business...into the ground.

This problem has resurfaced. I have been waiting over 1/2 hour for a file to upload. 5PM PST. Jan 21, 2020.
